List of documents required at the time of admission:

1. 1. Copy of the Birth Certificate.
   2. Copy of the Birth Certificate.
   3. 2 photographs of the parents.
   4. Copy of the Birth Certificate.
   5. 2 Photograph of parents.

1. T.C. Original / Counter sign from the previous school.
2. SSSMID Number
3. Photocopy of caste certificate.
4. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
5. Original certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification.
6. Required original documents & Migration certificate for Migration case.
7. The Admission documentation booklet must be completed and signed by both parents.
   It contains information which will assist you in your relationship with the school.
