Colour Mixing Fun 4

Our KG II C students had a fun and colourful day exploring primary and secondary colours! The little artists mixed two primary colours on their palms and were amazed to see new colours appear.

Red and yellow made orange, blue and yellow made green, and red with blue made purple! The children were thrilled to see how colours can magically change when mixed together.

It was a joyful hands-on activity that helped them learn through play, creativity, and curiosity.

Food for Good Life: Understanding Nutrients through Charts

Healthy eating is the foundation of a happy and strong life! To explore this idea, our students participated in a creative activity titled “Food for Good Life.”

In this activity, students prepared colorful charts explaining the different types of nutrients found in food — such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals.

They beautifully illustrated the sources and importance of each nutrient, showing how every type of food helps our body grow, stay energetic, and remain healthy.

Through this hands-on learning experience, students understood that a balanced diet is essential for good health.

The activity encouraged healthy eating habits and helped children appreciate the importance of nutritious food for a good life.

Grammar with Creativity: Scrapbook on Nouns, Verbs, Adjectives, and Prepositions

Grammar with Creativity: Scrapbook on Nouns, Verbs, Adjectives, and Prepositions

Learning grammar became an enjoyable experience for our students through a fun-filled Scrapbook Activity! To make grammar concepts more meaningful, students created scrapbooks containing pictures of nouns, verbs, adjectives, and prepositions.

They beautifully pasted images and labeled them — nouns for naming words, verbs for action words, adjectives for describing words, and prepositions showing position or direction.

This activity helped students understand grammar visually and apply it in real-life contexts.

By combining art and language, students learned that grammar can be both creative and fun!

It was a joyful learning experience that strengthened their vocabulary and observation skills.

➗ Chart on Fractions: Learning Made Colorful!

Chart on Fractions Learning Made Colorful! (1)

Understanding fractions becomes much easier when learning is visual and creative! To explore this concept, our students prepared beautiful “Charts on Fractions” showcasing how a whole can be divided into equal parts.

They used colorful paper cutouts, shapes, and drawings to represent halves, quarters, and other fractions. Each chart displayed fractions through pictures, numbers, and real-life examples like pizzas, fruits, and chocolates.

This activity helped students understand the relationship between parts and the whole in a fun and practical way.

By combining art with math, students developed a deeper interest and confidence in learning fractions.

It was indeed a wonderful experience where creativity met calculation! 🎨➗📊

गतिविधि – क्ले से शब्द निर्माण (Word Building with Clay) (1)

Exploring Our Body Systems Excretory and Respiratory Models

Exploring Our Body Systems Excretory and Respiratory Models (1)

Learning becomes exciting when students explore science through creativity! To understand how our body functions, our students prepared working models of the excretory and respiratory systems.

Through these models, they learned how the respiratory system helps us breathe in oxygen and release carbon dioxide, while the excretory system removes waste and keeps our body clean and healthy.

By using simple materials, students demonstrated how the lungs expand and contract during breathing and how kidneys filter waste from the blood to form urine.

This hands-on activity helped them visualize complex body processes easily and enhanced their scientific thinking and teamwork.

Such interactive learning experiences make science fun, meaningful, and memorable for every child! 🌿🔬

Five Little Helpers of a Plant

Five Little Helpers of a Plant (3)

Plants are an essential part of life, giving us food, oxygen, and greenery. They have five main parts – roots, stem, leaves, flowers, and fruits – and each plays an important role in helping plants grow.

To understand this better, our students actively participated in hands-on plant activities. Some children grew seedlings in pots and observed how roots and shoots develop. Others created leaf collection charts, showing that different plants have different types of leaves.

Through these activities, they also learned that:
• Roots fix the plant and absorb water.
• Stem supports and carries food and water.
• Leaves prepare food through photosynthesis.
• Flowers help in reproduction.
• Fruits protect seeds, which grow into new plants.

These simple yet meaningful activities helped our young learners connect classroom knowledge with real-life observation. Truly, every child discovered the magic of plants by learning, growing, and exploring nature.

Students Lead the Way: Posters, Slogans, and Action for Swachh Bharat

The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission) is a nationwide initiative by the Government of India, and our school proudly contributes to this noble cause. With active participation from teachers and students, we are working towards a cleaner, healthier, and greener environment.

Our school community has learned that cleanliness keeps us healthy, dirt invites disease, and a clean India is the foundation of a healthy nation.

Teachers have guided students by teaching waste management, encouraging hygiene practices, and leading by example.

Students showed great enthusiasm by making posters, writing inspiring slogans, planting trees, and keeping their surroundings clean. They also learned to use dustbins properly, avoid wasting resources, and motivate others to join the mission.

This activity was more than cleaning—it built awareness, creativity, and responsibility. The collective efforts of our teachers and students bring us closer to the dream of “Swachh Bharat, Swasth Bharat” (Clean India, Healthy India).
